Home Selling Process
My staff and I are by your side during the entire marketing, selling and closing process. If I am unavailable for any reason, my professionallytrained assistants are monitoring all aspects of the transaction.
The number one complaint about the home selling process is not enough communication. In addition to our weekly feedback appointment, we are available through our office, by cell phone, through our live, 24/7 answering service or by text or e-mail. We believe that it is our duty to provide you with timely and dependable communication.
Appointments and Feedback
Showings are scheduled through our Centralized Showing Center, seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. I communicate with the showing agent prior to each showing to emphasize the positive attributes of your home. After each showing we follow up with the showing agent immediately and my assistant gives you detailed weekly feedback. The feedback includes any comments by the customers and agents and may also include current market conditions regarding new listing and recent closings in your neighborhood. Needless to say, if the feedback is positive, I contact you immediately.
Negotiate the Contract
Before the contract is written we pre-qualify the purchaser and then either write or negotiate the offer. Many real estate transactions include an extensive negotiating process of offer and counter offers, we provide expert advice and negotiating strategies and can represent you during the emotionally charged negotiating process to ensure you get the best price, with favorable closing terms that are clearly spelled out.
Close the Sale
We handle all paperwork related to the sale including follow-up on all mortgage information, home inspections, repairs, appraisals, attorney's title work, co-ordinate closing dates and finally, deliver you the check. We want the entire process to be seamless.
