    Allison and Karen, with over ten years of accumulative real estate experience, use their knowledge and professionalism to anticipate your every need and provide exceptional service to you, as their main objective.

    Allison is a licensed realtor and was previously a manager of a local branch of one of the largest mortgage lenders in the United States.  

    Karen was a licensed realtor for many years and continues her career in real estate handling the many varied aspects of this busy office. 

    Together Allison and Karen run and manage all facets of my daily business which includes, but is not limited to:

Managing all Listings
Track all feedback from realtors
Oversee all internet activities 
Prepare comps,CMA's
Handle all closing procedures
