Jim and Margaret
"Margaret and I want to thank you for your efforts made on our behalf which helped us to find the house we now call our home. Our expectations were set very high and probably unrealistic at times. Nevertheless, you were supportive of us and didn't try to steer us to purchase a house with which we might have been just satisfied. Instead, you encouraged our patience, you know the right house would eventually come avaiable and now we must thank you for it. Due to your hard work and diligence to the task, we now have the home we wanted in a dream location.
We have come to think of you and your staff as trusted friends that we hate to give up just because our house-buying activities have concluded.
Again, thank you for the professional and skilled methods you employed on our behalf. We will gladely let our friends and Memphis new-comers know just how pleased we are with your approach to real estate sales. I hope we never have to move again but if we do, we will be coming back to you.
Thanks and best wishes"

Tom
"I am writing this letter in commendation of Thomas Marchbanks, and to express my appreciation to RE/MAX for retaining someone of his caliber and understanding of customer service in the Real Estate business.
Thomas has now handled three properties for us, and each one is an example of how an agent should act on behalf of his customer. One of the reasons I write this is that I used other agents before I moved to Memphis, and just used another one with my move to Atlanta. It's a shame, but all agents are paid on the basis of a percentage of the transaction amount- nothing to do with their value, skill, experience, or what the customer thinks of them.
Thomas is an example, and a model of your business. He always acts with speed, courteousy, accuracy, and above all, CONCERN. I cannot say enough about how we have been impressed with how he has taken care of us, and the success he has helped us with.
Thomas will be recommended by me to all employees in my company relocating to or from Memphis. "
